Before You Object
⚠️
You cannot both object to the Settlement and request exclusion from it. If you exclude yourself from the Settlement, you may not also submit an objection. If you submit an objection and it is overruled by the Court, you will remain a member of the Class and be bound by the Settlement if it is approved.
ℹ️
The Court can only approve or reject the Settlement — it cannot order a different settlement. If the Court denies approval, no settlement payments will be issued and the Lawsuit will continue.
Your Objection Must Include
- A statement that you object to the settlement in the Adams v. Pall Corporation Lawsuit.
- Your signature, full name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement of whether your objection applies only to you, to a specific subset of the Class, or to the entire Class.
- The nature of and grounds for your objection, stated with specificity.
📅
Your objection must be submitted or postmarked on or before October 20, 2026. You may (but are not required to) consult with or retain an attorney to assist you. You also have the right to enter an appearance through an attorney of your own choosing.
Enter Your Identification Information
